So, although I'm not at 0 lbs. lost, the ticker shows 0 lbs. of the 44 left to lose lost. That's because I joined a fitness tracker site that it awesome. Just another way for me to keep myself accountable so that I will continue moving forward in my weight loss journey.
I should figure out how to do that possibly too. I've moved into my phase 2 of my goals. I'm buffing out now. I haven't lost a single lb. in almost a month now but dropped 6" off 5 of my Curves measurements! Very confusing to my brain as to how this all is possible.
ReplyDeletesimple... muscle weighs more than fat. Your fat is all gone and now your toning your muscles. Don't freak out if you actually put on a couple of lbs. once you start to gain the buff. Just keep reminding yourself that ALL OF THE FAT IS GONE!!!!
