I'm on day 21 of the 24 day, so I guess including today is 4 days left. Still feeling absolutely fantastic! I've noticed the scale being stuck at 160 for the past week. Hoping it goes down next week, but for now the clothes are still fight better, I have way more energy, and my measurements are also going down. Did measurements this week, along with weighing. Here are the results:

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING..... that was only in 5 DAYS!!! I wish I would have taken my measurements right BEFORE the 24 day challenge!! But I didn't think of it. So, it's been 30 minutes and I'm going to drink my "Almond Joy" (for those of you who haven't been following, that's my advoCare chocolate meal replacement and 1/4 tsp. of almond extract!)
The before & after challenge measurement spots were in the printout packet I'd given you. It's ok though. Like I'd told you the 1st 10 days for me was when I lost most weight. Days 11-24 was when I lost most of my inches (& only 2.6 more lbs. of weight). Please message me your new phone # again I'm not 100% sure I have your current one or what's cell or home. I'd like to give you a call tonight & follow up more. :) Great job those are just CRAZY improvements on measurements! I lost quite a bit from my gut which was what my biggest problem area was for me. Glad that your energy level is up there. We'll see if we can get that to stay that way too!
ReplyDeleteBTW your measurement losses are AMAZING! I didn't get even 1/2 of that loss in the waist & I though I was doing pretty good at 1.5 (I think) over the whole 24 days. Glad you took those so forget what that dumb scale says as the measurements are talking much louder than the scale right now.
ReplyDeleteDon't forget, I'm using that Flexbelt in addition to the AdvoCare.... that works my abs tremendously!! I usually use it @ least 1X/day and I have it up to 85 on intensity now! That makes a big difference too.
