Just as I feared....

So days 12 and 13 went smoothly.  However, as I had feared, I am NOT losing the pound/day as I was during the cleanse.  Rather than letting this discourage me, I am switching to weekly weighing instead of daily.  As my good friend and advoCare advisor, Becky Edwards, pointed out it took years to gain the weight and it's not going to come off overnight.  It will, however, come off in weeks rather than years!!!  Thank you, Becky, for keeping me motivated and on track!!!

  1. The same exact thing happened to me right after the cleanse too. It's OK, you'll notice you should start feeling better though (more energy etc. just overall better) If it was safe to lose 1 lb. a day for more than 10 days they'd have kept us on the cleanse. Even THAT is just INCREDIBLE if you think about it. Glad you're switching to weekly weighing. I don't know of many products that even give you 10lbs. loss in over a month unless you're way overweight. (which your NOT) During the remaining 14 days you'll notice that the Catalyst is working much better as your not flushing some of it out of your system as quickly & you'll do more trimming & muscle building during that time. The remaining 14 days was when I noticed not the weight but the reduction in clothing sizes & love handles disappearing. I've now been going into a cycle of lose nothing 1 week, lose 3-5 lbs. the next. since remaining on 1 of the the 14 day system vitamins ("C" for me right now). However, like I said & you've read... forget the #'s on the scale take more photos & watch how your clothes are fitting better. Muscle is more dense than fat (thus "weighing" more) if you're working out a ton more your gaining muscle & trimming but possibly might not be seeing those #'s on the scale but trust your clothes fitting better.
    Please don't forget as well that I've become a total Zumba junkie & have been getting on average 8-10 hours of exercise a week. It's my stress relieving outlet. I know that you've got yours with gardening & have been doing just AWESOME on your exercise as well. Remember during your 14 remaining days & from here on out with the exercise FREQUENCY & INTENSITY are your best friends! As you continue to lose weight it will get easier & easier to do more & more exercise.
