Day 4~Monday..... also day 4 of no smoking :)

Loads of energy still.  Last night was a bad night due to unwanted phone calls in the middle of the night, but thanks to Oasis from Advocare, the stress and tired feelings went away.  Did 3 hours of gardening today, putting in my rose garden and fencing.  Breakfast was Oasis and Spark and oatmeal with dried berries and almonds in it.  Lunch was a cucumber, some almonds, and a hard boiled egg for protein.  Dinner consisted of tilapia cooked on the grill using hickory charcoal~yummy, steamed peas, and romaine lettuce with balsamic vinegar on the side.  I took my 5 omegaplex at dinner time and my 3 fiber pills 30 mins. before breakfast.  Feeling great!!!!  I am NEVER hungry! But I do force myself to eat or the 24 day challenge is not going to work the way it is supposed to.  Need the calories for my metabolism to get--and then stay--in gear.  Trying my Flexbelt for the first time tonight, as it arrived in the mail today.  I'll tell you how my abs feel tomorrow.

  1. Great job Pam especially with the stress you had last night & still sticking to the not smoking. That's just incredible.
    A little concerned about the pill order for (day 4 thru day 7) you take the white probiotic pills I think there are 3 white caplets in the AM 30 min before breakfast. Then you take the brownish speckled cleanse pills at night. (I think there are 2 of them) they should be clearly labeled on the package. I think they even say what time of day too. I'm pretty sure that's what your doing but think you might have confused it in typing it above.
    As far as Oasis & Spark so close together... Man that must have been a mega energy vitamin burst in the AM. LOL The good news is that Oasis doesn't have caffeine in it. You don't NEED to take the Spark in the AM if you are feeling good just off of the Oasis for it to work ok you could do (either/or) in the early afternoon instead. If you do feel that you need both by all means go for it. I personally alternate them 1 day .5 of a Spark amount the other day either V16 or Oasis. You need to find what works best for you. :)
    Anxious to hear how you liked the flex belt. I've always seen them but never knew of someone who had used them.

  2. Yep, my bad. I took them, I just forgot to write it in. But it's checked off on my booklet, which I have put on my fridge with a magnet so I won't forget! That's awesome that you are following closely so that I do this thing right! Thank you so much!!! The Flexbelt was AWE-SOOOOMMMEEEE!!!! highly recommending it. I used it first for 20 minutes on my abs at intensity level 60 (it goes up to 150). Then I lowered it even further to my lower abs (which were being worked just fine where it was but I wanted to target them further) and used it another 20 minutes on those at intensity. THEN I used it on each thigh for 20 minutes each at intensity 55. I'm sore today, but not uncomfortably so.

  3. Seen some posts, you must be busy with all that energy in the garden & can't sit still enough to write lately. ;) I'm sure you're doing fine. Let me know when you get to day 7 as Don't forget
    AM probiatics THEN 30 min later Fiber drinks! I messed it up on that 1st day & ended up spooning the fiber drink as oatmeal.
